Refund & Cancellation Policy

Learner-Initiated Cancellation
- Full refund: if you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before your batch’s scheduled start date/time, you will receive a 100% refund of the course fee.
- No refund: once a batch has started, or if cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the start date, the course fee is non-refundable. You may request to move to a future batch instead, subject to seat availability, by writing to us before your current batch starts.
Tekie Tutors–Initiated Cancellation
If we cancel or indefinitely postpone a batch (e.g. insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability), you will be offered a full refund or a seat in an alternate batch, at your choice.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via our payment gateway.
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@tekietutors.com with your registered email and course name. We’ll confirm eligibility and process it within the timeframe above.
