These Terms & Conditions govern enrollment in and delivery of live online training courses offered by Srivish Consulting Private Ltd. (“Tekie Tutors”, “we”, “us”) through tekietutors.com. By registering for a course, you agree to these terms.

1. Courses & Delivery

All courses are delivered live, online, via Microsoft Teams, by the instructor named on the course page.
The joining link is emailed to the registered email address after enrollment is confirmed.
Course duration, schedule, and content are as described on the respective course page at the time of enrollment.
Session recordings, where offered, are shared only with learners registered for that batch and are for personal learning use only.

2. Enrollment & Payment

A seat is confirmed only after full payment is received through our payment gateway.
Course fees are as listed in Indian Rupees (₹) on the course page at the time of registration.

3. Learner Responsibilities

Learners are expected to have a working laptop, stable internet connection, and attend sessions on time.
Course materials, recordings, and case studies are for the registered learner’s personal use and may not be redistributed or resold.

5. Changes to Batches

We reserve the right to reschedule a batch or reassign an instructor due to unforeseen circumstances. Learners will be notified in advance and offered the choice of an alternate batch or a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tekie Tutors provides training on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee employment, certification, or specific outcomes as a result of completing a course.
